Respect the Ride
Riders have responsibilities, too. The following rules are enforced by TriMet personnel and carry a maximum penalty of $250 and/or exclusion from the system:
- Fare is fair—Valid and correct fare is required.
- Take a stand—Move for seniors and people with disabilities.
- Keep your cool—Don't threaten or intimidate riders or operators.
- Do not disturb—Don't be so loud that you disturb others.
- Make way—Don't block the aisles or doors.
- Pet boarding?—If you bring a pet, keep it in a carrier.
- Lunchtime?—Keep food and drinks in closed containers.

You can easily drag and zoom the map to see which buses and trains run nearby. Get details on routes, stops and schedules, as well as real-time TransitTracker™ arrivals. Or, locate a Park & Ride lot and get driving directions from Google.
