4-Fessenden connects Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, the Rose Quarter, NE Portland and St. Johns, via 5th/6th, Everett/Glisan, Williams/Vancouver, Mississippi, Albina, Lombard, Fessenden and St. Louis.
This bus line runs every 15 minutes or less most of the day, every day.

For trips to Portland City Center, no service to the stop at N Richmond & Syracuse (Stop ID 4817) due to long-term construction.
On Sunday, August 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for trips to St Johns, no service at N Trenton & Newman (Stop ID 12727) and from N Lombard & New York (Stop ID 9505) to N Lombard & Charleston (Stop ID 3474) due to Sunday Parkways. And for trips to Portland City Center, no service from N Richmond & Syracuse (Stop ID 4817) to N Lombard & St Louis (Stop ID 13877) and at N Trenton & Dwight (Stop ID 12750). Bus will service Line 16 stops along Ivanhoe.
Beginning 6:00 a.m. Saturday, August 1, through 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, no service at SW 6th & Washington (Stop ID 7803) due to utility work. Use temp stop at SW 6th & Harvey Milk (Stop ID 7797).
