44-Capitol Hwy/N Rosa Parks connects PCC Sylvania, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, Portland City Center, Old Town/Chinatown, Union Station, Rose Quarter, PCC Cascade, University of Portland and St. Johns via Capitol Highway, Barbur, 5th/6th, Williams/Vancouver, Rosa Parks Way and Willamette.

Effective Oct. 31, 2026 On Saturday, October 31, between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., for trips to St Johns, no service at SW Capitol & Garden Home (Stop ID 939), at SW Capitol & 35th (Stop ID 972) and at SW Capitol & 33rd (Stop ID 971) due to Multnomah Days. Use temp stop on SW 31st Ave south of Capitol. For trips to PCC Sylvania, no service to the stops between SW Capitol & Miles (Stop ID 949) and SW Capitol & Carson (Stop ID 927). Use temp stop on SW Capitol Hwy at 31st.
